World renowned heating, ventilation and air conditioning company offering installation and maintenance services currently have urgent requirements to fill various BMS / BAS project engineering positions.

SALARY: £33,000 – 36,000 + bonus + car/allowance + BUPA + pension + laptop + mobile
POSSIBLE LOCATION OF CANDIDATES: London, Slough, Woking, Basingstoke, Reading, Epsom, Guildford, South East in general – a base from where you can travel across the South.

THE ROLE:
Working for one of the industry’s most respected, forward thinking and enviable companies, the successful candidate will fill the position of Project Engineer. Your role will encompass all aspects of commissioning and applications projects in the South East taking projects from paper to fully engineered, working systems and buildings. The role will include design, programming, configuration & commissioning of Building Management & Control Systems, ranging from chiller sequencers to full buildings. Duties will also include end user training, graphic slide design, network configurations, and liaison with Project Managers, Consultants, Contractors and Customers throughout.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
> A proven track record of applications engineering with manufacturers’ Building Management Systems is essential, as is an understanding of the operation and control of mechanical plant.
> Experience in open protocols, and interoperability is also desired especially in BACnet, LONtalk & MODbus interfaces.
> You may have previously been a service engineer or HVAC engineer who has taken the step into project engineering and wants to join a company who’s ambition matches that of yours
