Working for an organisation who are situated South East of Nottinghamshire, a fantastic permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Representative, to join a small friendly team, working in an open plan office.
Key Areas of Responsibility
* Acting as the first point of contact for your clients over the telephone
* Discussing product quotations with customer's & sending relevant information
* Handling all aspects from placing orders, to arranging deliveries
* Sales forecasting - figure and analysis of potential order's
* Telecare - contacting existing customer's to ensure they are happy with your service and to discuss if they have any other requirements (no cold calling!)
* You will be responsible for sales and purchase order processing
* To assist with an annual stock take in November
* All other duties as requested
Skills and Experience Required
It is essential you can demonstrate excellent customer services experience and have knowledge of Microsoft packages Word and Excel. You will have your own transportation and a friendly attitude.
Benefits
In return you will be offered a salary of £15,000 - £22,000 per annum depending upon experience, plus potential bonus of £4,500 per annum. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, with 30 minutes for lunch. Excellent benefits include free car parking, 25 days holiday and 8% contributory employer pension scheme.
