A full time Facilities Manager is required for a charitable organisation in the Grantham area. Your remit will be vast and will cover the offices throughout the UK. You will ensure a safe and efficient working environment and as the main contact for the Facilities Team you will be required to make decisions daily responding to the critical needs of the buildings and staff. Ideally the candidate will be professionally qualified with ISOH/NEBOSH and have previous experience in a commercial multi site role.
Ideally, a technically competent line manager, you will be a strategic thinker, pro-active in your approach & have the ability to build and manage effective relationships at all levels.
