Are you currently working in retail/car sales? Do you want a job where you can progress in a customer focused role? If so then this company is for you!
Our client is a well know name with in the banking sector. They are currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual who has a passion for customer service!
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to get out of retail and into a company who offer great progression.
Working hours are Monday to Friday and include 26 Saturdays a year which are included in the basic salary.
English and Maths to GCSE level (Grades A-C) or equivalent. Keyboard and telephone skills.
The ideal applicant will have experience of dealing with customers in a retail / service environment, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and the desire to work in a target orientated company. A team worker who sees themselves as an innovate problem solver / solution provider. Someone who is able to absorb new information quickly and accurately and enjoys working within an ever changing environment. Must be accurate, numerate and computer literate and have a flexible attitude to working outside normal hours should the need arise.
