Working in a predominantly telesales environment, the key responsibility of the role is to ensure all sales enquiries are suitably and persistently pursued in order to reach our clients monthly sales targets. Additionally, to accurately undertake a small amount of administration relating to the processing of sales orders
.Principal Tasks and responsibilities
Handling incoming calls from customers and converting enquiries into sales
Logging enquiries onto Customer Management System
Following up all enquiries by phone and email
Evaluating and searching the existing database to pursue sales opportunities
Ensuring that high quality customer service is consistently maintained
Reporting back to the Sales Team Leader on a daily basis
Updating the Daily Sales activities and responsibilities document
Sending marketing emails
Monitoring competitor websites
Participating in weekly line-management meetings
