To be part of a team providing support services to social work and other staff who advise and assist service users of the department. You are primarily concerned with the maintenance of the office records and systems.
Duties
1 Maintaining and updating service users indices and records, including a computerised information system.
2 Filing.
3 Recording such information as required by the department for the effective operation of services.
4 Typing and keyboard operation.
5 Receiving and passing on information and enquiries from callers to the office.
