One of our prestigious clients based in Castle Donington are currently recruiting customer service co-ordinators.
Hours of work will be 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday
The Role
You will be responsible for the smooth running of some of the company's largest accounts. Day to day activities will include dealing with queries, customer problems and producing ad-hoc reports.
The successful candidate will be:-
Outgoing
Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Polite and helpful
Able to prioritise your workload
Key Skills
A basic knowledge of Microsoft applications is essential
Have a good telephone manner
Have the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
Be able to multi-task and meet deadlines
Work calmly under pressure
Be able to follow projects through and follow up where necessary
Salary
13,261 - 16,000
