This client is one of Europe's premier surveying and valuation practices. It is the largest residential survey business in the UK and operates from 129 locations nationally and employs over 800 Chartered Surveyors.
Due to vast expansion they are now seeking an experienced Customer Service/Administrator based at their busy Head Office in Lockington (DE74 2RH) Derbyshire near Castle Donington.
The role will involve:
Collecting survey payments from applicants.
Inputting data on to the companies' database.
Must be accurate and have a good eye for detail while working in a timely manner.
Maintaining company-filing systems so they are up to date at all times. Liaising with clients with regards to payments.
To be able to deal with all telephone contacts according to Best Working Practice.
Candidate must have excellent time management skills and possess the following qualifications and skills:
Experience in using Microsoft software packages
Educated to a minimum grade C or equivalent GCSE English language
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Previous telephone/Customer Services experience an advantage

This is a permanent role 14k
Monday 0900 - 1730
Wednesday 12.30 - 2100
Thursday 0900 - 1730
Friday 12.30 - 2100
Every other Saturday 0900 - 1730
40 hours per week
Part Time based Lockington, Derby (not far from Castle Donington)
Own transport is required due to location.
