Due to expansion we are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the existing team within the East Midlands Airport branch.
The role of the consultant will be to develop new business opportunities within Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas.
The role will involve:
Matching applicants against job criteria to fill job vacancies for clients.
Proactively researching new business opportunities and the marketing of our company to perspective clients and applicants.
Developing new business opportunities by way of cold calling and Face-to-Face sales.
Meeting with clients to discuss and establish their recruitment needs.
Interviewing and selecting suitable applicants for interviews with clients.
Providing a follow-up service for placed applicants and companies by seeking their feedback on the service provided by our company and addressing any possible issues
Build long-term relationships with clients.
The ideal Recruitment Consultant MUST have the following skills and experience:
Strong business development and negotiation skills.
A minimum of 12 months recruitment industry experience ideally within the Commercial Recruitment Sector.
A strong sales background within telesales and / or face-to-face selling environment
Knowledge of dealing with the permanent and / or temporaries staffing market
Excellent customer service skills.
Be a strong team player.
Confident and enthusiastic.
To have good organisation skills.
