An expanding financial organisation, located outside of Nottingham city centre are looking for a Customer Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for career progression within a busy and fun working environment.
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Resolving customer complaints efficiently
• Identifying types of complaint with a view to eradicating these
• Providing excellent internal and external customer service at all times
• Updating details onto the customer database
Skills and Experience Required
You will have a professional telephone manner at all times and excellent customer service skills. Complaint handling experience is essential.
