ustomer Services Executive – Customer Services Team (HUB)
The Client
An expanding financial organisation based outside of Nottingham City Centre who are looking for dedicated and professional Customer Service Executives to join their busy team.
Key Areas of Responsibility
· The purpose of this role is to manage existing customers to exceed business targets
· To manage up to date customer accounts on an ongoing basis, identifying potential issues/problems and implementing solutions
· Ensuring that an excellent level of customer service is maintained for both internal and external customers
· Adhering to call monitoring regulations
· Training and coaching new CSRs once established in the role
Skills and Experience Required
You will have a solid background in customer services, be able to work under pressure and on own initiative.
Benefits
In return you will have a salary of £14,464, and the hours of work are between 9am – 8pm on a rotating rota and one in two Saturdays working 9am – 5pm. Other excellent benefits including 25 days holiday, pension scheme, life assurance, share save incentive schemes, on site cafeteria.
