Lettings Negotiator
Our Client
Working for a well known, expanding Residential Lettings company based in the Nottingham City Centre, an opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator in this area.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Liaising with tenants and landlords, whilst working in a busy sales environment, you will ensure that all property instructions are marketed and sold efficiently and professionally. You will deal with clients face to face, via email and over the telephone, whilst renting out properties and carrying out viewings.
You will maximise all relevant sales opportunities and provide a high level of customer service, whilst working to targets within a team and as an individual.
Experience
You will have experience of negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion, with a fantastic telephone manner and previous Sales experience is essential. You may have worked within Estate Agents previously, or a similar environment and you must be used to working to strict targets and deadlines.
Benefits
Working hours are 8.45am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. Depending upon experience, a salary range of £12,000 - £15,000k basic, with a bonus of £3-6k+all other benefits, to be detailed at interview stage. Whilst a company car maybe provided, it is essential that you have your driving license.
