Key Areas of Responsibility
· Utilising a script to rehabilitate customers onto Direct Debit
· Assisting with branch administration as and when required
· Investigating and action daily post/faxes
· Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
· Reviewing and highlighting underwriting issues
· Evaluating customer information from application stage
Skills and Experience Required
You will have excellent customer service and administration skills, ideally within a call centre environment.
Benefits
In return you will receive a salary of £14,464 and your hours of work will be based on a rotating rota working 37.5 hours per week, between 9am – 8pm Mon – Thurs, 9am – 6pm on Fridays, with 1 in 4 Saturdays between 9am – 5pm with a day of during the week.
