A fantastic opportunity to work for an established Solicitors, who are situated in the Nottingham area and are seeking an IT Helpdesk Assistant.
The Job
To work as part of the helpdesk team in providing an IT service to the whole firm, based in the Nottingham Office.
The Candidate
You will have previous experience within a helpdesk environment, with intermediate IT skills and basic troubleshooting skills. Preferably with knowledge of unlocking user accounts, use of mail sweeper software, setting up of video conferencing etc. Must have excellent customer facing and communication skills and be able to work unsupervised and demonstrate initiative.
Benefits
35 hours per week. Working a weekly rota between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
