To work closely with the in-house warden's service to devise and implement processes to enable the service to comply with Supporting People reporting requirements
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To develop a system for completing and submitting Supporting People KPI workbooks within designated deadlines.
2. To develop a system for completing and submitted the new outcomes forms within designated timescales.
3. To work with appropriate managers within the warden's service to develop support plans for eligible clients.
4. To compile and submit "Quality Assessment Framework" documentation (including all relevant supporting evidence) and to work with other SP team members to achieve any resulting action plans.
5. To develop and implement a Data Quality System which meets Supporting People requirements in relation to data quality and validation.
6. To devise policies and procedures for all completed developments within the remit of this project.
7. To organise and deliver training on all aspects of the new processes for all designated staff within the wardens service.
