Our city centre based client are looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator to provide day to day co-ordination of services to the laboratory and office based tenants on their site.
Working from reception you will, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of facility administration to clients including scientists, this will include extensive tenant liaison, managing any issues and acting as the first point of contact for the building. You will respond to any incident within the facility and undertake health and safety tasks.
You will be accountable for the management of service requests ensuring processes, KPI's, SOP's and SLA's are in place and adhered to. You will help with new client administration and asses their needs, acting accordingly.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating works, which will include the allocation and follow up of tasks with the facilities team.
