This is a Part Time role 2 days per week 8.30am - 5.00pm
Our Client is one of Europe's premier surveying and valuation practices. It is the largest residential survey business in the UK and operates from 129 locates nationally and employs over 800 Chartered Surveyors.
Due to vast expansion they are now seeking an experienced Administrator to work within their Payment collection Departments based at their busy Head Office in Lockington Derbyshire near Castle Donnington.
The role will involve: -
Inputting data on to the companies database
Must be accurate and have a good eye for detail while working in a timely manner
Maintaining company filing systems so they are upto date at all times. Liaising with clients with regards to payments
To be able to provide a prompt, efficient and polite service at all times
To provide assistance in other areas as directed by the Team Leader
To be able to deal with all telephone contacts according to Best Working Practice
Candidate must have excellent time management skills and possess the following qualifications and skills
Experience in using Microsoft software packages
Educated to a minimum grade C or equivalent GCSE English language
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Previous telephone/Customer Services experience an advantage
