This client provide a recognised brand of software to end users across the globe. Due to continued expansion at their Newark site they seek Helpdesk Advisors.
Responsible for: handling incoming calls and emails from end users, with queries on installation of products, problems with installing or running the software and taking escalated calls passed over from the Customer Service team. Advising on problems and solutions etc, talking through fixes etc. Covering order processing and customer service as necessary.
Applicants will ideally have some form of IT qualification/certification combined with customer service and technical support experience.
