Part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group’s friendly telephone service contact centre team you’ll help make our customers’ lives easier. You may be answering specific account queries or helping customers order cheque books, statements or bank cards. All the time you’ll be using expert knowledge and understanding, developed through some of the best training the financial services industry has to offer.
