Our client are currently going through a period of expansion and as a result of this are expanding the Enhanced Thinking Skills team. The ETS Programme is one of a number of programmes based on a cognitive-behavioural approach which aims to address the complex dynamic relationships behind the thinking and behaviour that lead to crime. The programme is multi-modal and aims to enable essential skills to be acquired or re-learned through structured intervention.

Essential Skills:
They current require an enthusiastic and motivated Psychological Assistant / ETS Tutor to join the Psychology Department. The Offending Behaviour Programme is undergoing continued expansion over the next 12 months and offers the prospective candidates an excellent opportunity to develop and influence this vital area of prisoner rehabilitation. As part of the Psychology team, you will contribute to the delivery of Offending Behaviour Programmes, High Risk Assessments, and Monitoring systems and maintaining professional records.
All of the above will ensure best practice procedures and continuous contribution towards collective outcomes.
