The company also specialises in the interim management business and is currently developing this part of the business particularly within the health sector.
The Interim Manager is responsible for the management of all the interim work into the NHS and the interface with the interims. They will work closely with the Partners supporting them in following up leads, matching of opportunities and closing deals and will need to be able to maintain and build customer relationships at a senior level. The ideal candidate will be of graduate ability or equivalent, have NHS Director level experience, understanding and knowledge of the NHS - credible with clients, interims and Commercial/sales experience,Experience of executive recruitment,Able to demonstrate knowledge of recruitment methods and interim & Proven experience of analysing information and research skills. You will also be able to demonstrate experience of business development in a start up situation.
