Branch Manager - Nottingham -salary from £23k - £25k + Car + up to 100%Bonus
One of Nottingham's leading financial companies is recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager to be based in Nottingham. You will manage Branch performance to deliver against targeted objectives whilst working within clear commercial guidelines and standard operating procedures. Some of your key responsibilities will include:· Personally delivering training and coaching to all staff within the branch· Identify performance issues taking appropriate action as and when required.· Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to· Managing and motivating the team. Ideally you will have previous experience as a Branch Manager designate or equivalent industry experience, excellent communication skills, Customer focused background & Ability to motivate a team to drive the business forward.
