| One of the leading commercial insurers in the UK is looking to replicate their market leading position in Nottingham. The Trading Team in this office deals with Regional and National Broker Accounts and they are looking for an individual to head up this team, themselves reporting into the Regional Trading Manager. There are 40 staff in total including Management and Senior Staff based from this office, and the successful applicant will have a team of around 15 staff reporting to them. The main purpose of the role is to manage the team: allocate work, ensure compliance, lead huddles, coach/mentor staff plus numerous other aspects. You will be expected to lead the team and be part of a small group of influential Trading Team Manager's in the Midlands Region. You will be buddied up with another very experienced Trading Team Manager in the region and work closely with the Trading Manager and key trading staff in the location. You will be expected to manage your own time. This is a challenging full time role and you will need to demonstrate significant commitment towards achieving our objectives. Key Responsibilities The key interesting elements to this role include: · Team working · Helping develop individuals · Managing performance.
