| Are you enthusiastic, resilient and full of energy?? Our client is looking for a customer service advisor to work within a call centre environment to keep their customers informed with regards to any developments or problems on their accounts. You will also be dealing with incoming customer enquiries. You should have at least a years experience within a customer service role and be keen to learn about our clients products. You should be a strong communicator with an eye for detail and ability to problem solve as you will be targeted on accuracy and ability to resolve issues as quickly as possible. In return you will be rewarded with an attractive Salary, working just outside the city centre. |
