Our client, one the UK’s leading cosmetic companies is looking for experienced managers for the above areas. You will be responsible for 6 team leaders responsible for up to 200 reps. Your role will be to build, manage and motivate a team of sales leaders and reps, Plan forecast and manage productivity.
To be considered you must have experience of managing a field sales team, ability to motivate, recruitment, flexible in working hours and a passion for sales.
You must be available to attend an Assessment Centre held on April 9th at 10.30am,
Salary: £18,128 with an average OTE of £22,000
