| My NHS client are ideally looking for qualified accountant who has experience of the Health Service and more specifically reference costing. However as there are few available candidates with this specific experience in the temporary market they are willing to consider people from wider backgrounds. If you have a substantial amount of costing experience then you will still be considered for this role regardless of your background! This is a phenomenal opportunity to develop experience in reference costing which will ensure that you will always have a demand for your skills in the future. For a professional interim worker this is one of the best areas to gain experience in as the demand is fairly consistent nationally and it is an extremely marketable skill.
