| Taking responsibility for the largest of our 7 stores within the village, this is your chance to make a difference to the bottom line and success of this flagship store. You'll meet with suppliers and source products, ensuring the store remains well stocked whilst maximising revenue opportunities. You'll manage your team of circa 70 and deputise for the Village Retail Manager, supervising all 7 stores when required. In addition, you'll have wider village duties as you act as duty manager on a rota basis. With a demonstrable retail management track record, including direct accountability for a high-volume food retailing operation, you'll have the commercial acumen to develop the business. Your ability to get the best from a large in- store team will be essential and your commitment to quality will exceed guests' expectations. All this will be reflected in your passion for retail and your vision and determination to succeed.
