My client in NG6 are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team.

Job Summary

To undertake general office duties at the request of the office manager. To assist the finance department with timesheets and undertake reception duties as required. . To be a self motivated team member who has the desire to succeed in achieving personal, departmental and business objectives and helping others to do the same


Job Content

1. To undertake basic office tasks under the guidance of the Office Manager. These will include:
Answering the telephone
Dealing with incoming/outgoing mail
Filing
Faxing
Photocopying
General Administration and office support.

2. To assist with the recruitment procedure undertaking the relevant paperwork and telephone calls

3. To carry out reception duties, including meeting visitors and transferring calls to the relevant team member

4. To assist the finance department with filing of timesheets and mailing payslips.

5. To assist with the ordering and monitoring of stock and stationary levels within the office

6. To assist with the recruitment paperwork

7. To assist the with keeping staff files up to date

8. To assist the manager to set up and organise training courses

9. To notify the office manager of any concerns with regards to the field staff files and of action taken to correct these.

10. To ensure that all activities conducted within the business are in harmony with its strategic and financial goals

11. Be an effective communicator at all levels, both within and outside the business.

12. To be thoroughly professional at all times, working by example, inspiring and influencing others to do the same.

13. To consider own development needs and address these where possible with the assistance of the manager.
