An exciting opportunity has a arisen in Newark for a Customer Service / Telesales operator. You will be joining a friendly yet professional team of individuals
You will need to have a flair for sales and an excellent telephone manner is essential. Other duties will include:
- Offering an accurate, friendly and efficient service to all our customers
- Assisting home users with varied queries over the telephone and by email - (on average 400 calls per week)
- Developing and holding relationships with potential customers with the ability to hold and convert a sale
- Making outgoing calls to prospective customers.
- Researching prospective markets via the internet and phone
You will ideally have the ability to multi-task ... i.e. assist In dispatch when required. Be motivated, a team player, friendly & punctual!
