Project Engineer
Due to continued growth and expansion, an experienced Project Engineer is required to join the Projects team of a highly successful company supplying equipment and services to the Food Processing Industry.
With a client base of Blue Chip Companies our client is committed to providing high standards of customer care and support and an efficient and professional service of our customers.
Projects range from individual machines to complete turnkey installations and the ideal candidate for this position will therefore have the following attributes:-
Candidate Attributes
* Minimum HNC/HND qualification in engineering
* Minimum 3 years industry experience (mechanical / process bias)
* Previous experience in equipment design, fabrication and installation, project engineering preferably from the food, pharmaceutical or other related process industry
* Good understanding of machinery process and design
* A strong hands-on engineering background
* Dynamic, enthusiastic and flexible approach and willing to travel (at times on extended durations).
* Excellent Commercial awareness
* Excellent people skills and clear communicator with the ability to form strong customer relationships
* Computer literate with working knowledge of the following:
AutoCAD, Microsoft Project & office range o programs
The position involves travel both in the UK and overseas and the successful candidate will be expected to have a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to take responsibility and deal efficiently with on-side conditions.
