| We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to join a successful and expanding UK finance company. The company are going from strength to strength, and offer great career prospects for all employees. The purpose of this role is to lead and coach a group of branches to deliver exceptional performance against targets. You will have a wide range of duties, including ensuring that your area team are trained and developed in order to exceed business plan, identifying and progressing opportunities to improve operational success. You will embrace the companies’ culture, and ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to. In this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience, this should be included in your CV: •Achieves the requirements defined in the Career Path or equivalent industry experience. •Achieved minimum competency levels in line with the Career Path •Competency Assessment. •Appraisal rating of 3 or above on last appraisal. •Passed Policy/SOP/GOAT test in last 6 months. •Positive 360o feedback from Managers, and peers. •Achieved a satisfactory level of performance over a 6 month period for designated branches in line with RM/Director of Operations expectations. |
