Administrator
£15,500 + Excellent Benefits

As a highly organised and experienced Administrator you will be responsible for:
Verification of details from correspondence and between databases in house and externally
Validating records with official offices and databases
Cross checking and updating of details between departments as necessary to ensure information integrity
Preparation of letters, forms and reports
Creation and filing of letters, forms and reports
Proof reading of documentation from multiple sources
Direct communication with senior members of the company and with external agents

As an Administrator you will be able to demonstrate experience of administrative work preferably within a legal or intellectual property environment.

The post requires excellent attention to detail and communication skills. The ability to effectively communicate via telephone and email is essential, combined with excellent keyboard skills, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and organisational and prioritisation skills.

You will have a positive outlook, be confident and resilient, and able to work as part of a small team whilst always taking full responsibility for your own work. You will also have an ability to work well under pressure.
