| Private Client Manager (HNW Financial Advisor) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: FULL FPC/CeFA Up To £60,000 + Car + bonus + benefits Working for the specialist Investment arm of one of UK's largest and most successful financial services groups. Established in 2001 when the bank bought the operating assets of a mutual life company, this investment arm provides financial planning solutions to the group's private and corporate clients. The bank is also deeply proud of being the UK's most productive sales force. In comparison to other financial services institution there Private Client Managers write more business than any other comparative organisation; a tribute to the quality of their proposition. The average top quartile earnings for 2006 were in excess of £125k. The Private Client Managers benefit from a rich and varied source of leads from other parts of the group. These range from Regulated Sales (their branch based investment advisers) to Private Banking, Corporate Banking and Business Banking. Client Managers benefit from a market leading product range, supported by the investment expertise of their in house fund manager together with access to funds from Newton, Schroder's & UBS. Client Managers are responsible for identifying high quality new business opportunities, which can come from a number of different sources: - Existing Clients - the bank has a substantial HNW / UHNW client base that requires ongoing servicing, providing opportunity for significant new business. - Referrals - obtaining new contacts is an essential part of the role, building on the good relationships developed with existing clients . - Leads from business partners - good relationships are also the key to working with our business partners to identify reciprocal business opportunities. - Direct approach - to business and professional practices, where our products meet the needs of the most demanding clients. Client Managers can deal exclusively with leads from Private Banking and those who deal exclusively with leads from Corporate Banking. Client Managers in this channel will be focused on building relationships with their lead providers as well as building a client bank to sustain a future flow of business. Client Managers need to be commercially astute, exude confidence and demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills in order to deal with some of the Group's most valuable clients. Client Managers also need to be confident self-starters who have inner drive to seek out and maximise business opportunities. |
