Full Description:
Main Duties

* Answering the telephone, forwarding enquiries and recording messages.
* Drafting correspondence including e-mails, letters, agendas etc.
* Take, type and distribute minutes/notes of meetings.
* Proof reading and formatting documents as required.
* Open, record and distribute incoming mail, as well as responsibility for ensuring outgoing mail is stamped, recorded and posted on a daily basis.

Essential Skills

* High standard of work with particular attention to detail.
* Superb communication skills including an excellent telephone manner.
* An organised and methodical approach to work.
* Ability to work on own initiative in a lively office environment.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Excellent proof reading skills.
* Typing (RSA 1) or equivalent.
* Proficient with office machinery, photocopier, fax etc.
* Proficient in using IT including Word, Excel spreadsheets and email.
