| Main Duties * Service work to be efficiently planned and executed ensuring best use of time. * Deal with Customer, Service Sales queries with regards to work performed or planned. * Set high standards for all aspects of the service back office operations. * Provide Administrative and general support to the Service Manager. * Non-allocated time to be used wherever necessary in service, breakdown or approved training. * Monitor and report to the Service Manager significant deviations or potential deviations from scheduled programmes and budgets. * To ensure all customer correspondence is updated and accurate, including contract profiles and renewal letters. * Deal with front line personnel issues. Skills/Experience * IT literate - MS Word and Excel. * Literate and articulate. * Good arithmetic skills. * Self motivated. * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. * Excellent telephone manner. * Previous knowledge and experience in a Service environment dealing with Customers in challenging situations. |
