| HOURS: Days - Hours flexible Duties will include * Receiving calls from customers. These calls will be from professional/corporate contacts requiring a repair, or from end-users requiring emergency assistance. * Processing the call details onto the database, recording event details accurately. * Scheduling an engineer to attend the client site within timescales set out in the relevant Service Level Agreements. * Confirming the attendance of an engineer with the client/customer. * Building relationships with clients and engineers. Skills * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. * Excellent telephone manner. * Previous experience in a Customer Service role. |
