| We are currently recruiting Reservation Agents for a busy Chesterfield based company. You must have experience working within Reservations along with excellent customer service skills, a great telephone manner and be a good team player. You will receive inbound calls from corporate and retail customers requiring car or van rental in the UK.You must be confident dealing with problems, be able to clearly and precisely explain the services to the customer and be accurate entering the bookings into the reservation system. |
