| TEK Personnel is seeking a Business Improvement Engineer for a permanent opportunity within their Derbyshire based Client. As the Business Improvement Engineer you will manage business improvement projects across the site by utilising lean and six sigma principles. Main duties and responsibilities include: Lead cross-functional teams and co-ordinate resources necessary to ensure that the required objectives are achieved. Facilitate change in order to enable successful implementation of project deliverables. Provide energy and enthusiasm to accelerate the implementation of improvements. Develop effective measurement techniques capable of supporting the business continual improvement strategy. Support the Quality & Business Improvement Manager in driving a continuous improvement philosophy into the organisation culture. Coach and train employees in business improvement tools and techniques to ensure implemented improvements can be sustained. Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 17.00 and Friday 08.00 to 12.00. |
