Full Description:
Our client is the world's first national leadership centre that's entirely dedicated to the education sector. Since 2000, they have been providing professional and practical support for England's current and future school leaders.

Working with the Senior Programme Manager to:

Ensure the development of current programmes, Certificate of School Business Management (CSBM) and Diploma of School Business Management (DSBM).

Drive forward the proposals emerging from the school business director research; specifically the development of additional training modules and courses and the identification, management and monitoring of demonstration projects.


Ideally, you should have proven experience in:

Leading a team.

Managing significant projects both in terms of scale and associated budgets.

Organisational management and quality assurance.

Budget management and project management.

Working in the education sector or a professional development context would be desirable


You will need to be a specialist with
in-depth knowledge and understanding in the following areas:

Leading and developing a team.

Ability to coordinate complex work involving a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and partner organisations.

Ability to project plan activities and resources and ensure high quality delivery to demanding timescales.

Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders

Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, to board level.

Persuading or influencing others to go along with an agenda or course of action

Working under pressure with an emphasis on high quality outputs.

Planning and managing the work of others.
