This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced General Manager to join an established Financial Services Company with a client bank of 70'000 customers.

You will initially be based in Lisbon, Portugal, working from an established location where currently you have the responsibility of managing a team of approx 20 staff. Your main duties there will be to assist in the ongoing expansion and to increase turnover and staff to satisfy growth demands.

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 2 years experience in managing a general insurance department, handling processes for car, house and buildings insurance. Previous experience with telephone sales and and how to process and convert internet enquiries would be a distinct advantage.

The successful person will be tasked with building the existing workforce to a bank of 60 people plus over the next 2 years.

Salary will be commensurate with the task and generous travel, relocation and
accommodation allowances will be included in the package.
