Our client, a local authority in Lincolnshire is looking for an HR Manager to lead its Workforce Strategy team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the People Strategy, improve team performance inline with service objectives and identify cost effective solutions in line with the Councils performance framework and operational demands. You will therefore have previous experience in an HR manager role within a local authority. It will also be advantageous if you have knowledge of workforce strategy/people strategy, and it is essential that you are an experienced people manager, confident in policy and strategy development.
