Social Work Assistant (Unqualified)

Job Summary: Provide practical support to the Social Work Team. Release social workers from performing essential but time consuming tasks, which do not necessarily require professional social work skills.

Candidate Profile
 Experience of working with social care agencies
 Experience of working with a diverse population
 Understanding of modern health and social care issues
 Good written and verbal skills
 Flexible approach
 Good organisation skills
 Able to prioritise work and work to deadlines under pressure
 Good IT skills
 Able to work as a team
