JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be responsible for a Team of call centre staff who are the first point of contact for customer queries, handle e-mails and letters and work towards targets.
You will promote an inspirational and motivational environment.
You will be responsible for Recruiting, developing, coaching and motivating a team of specialists to achieve set objectives within set compliance and quality standards
You will conduct regular 1:1’s, Appraisals, Team Meetings, as well as managing team attendance and performance.
Hours:
Working 37.5 hours per week on a shift rota basis:-
Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 8.00pm, Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm & Sunday 10.00am – 4.00pm
An experienced Team Leader who is not afraid to ‘muck in’ and work as a team member when necessary. Leading with a shared team vision in order to achieve company goals and targets.
Proven experience within a Management or Tram Leader roles is essential, ideally within a Contact Centre or customer focussed environment.
Highly organised with effective time management, you will be a confident and professional communicator.
