We currently have a part-time Office Co-ordinator vacancy based in the NG5 area of Nottingham. 30 hours/week 9.30am – 4pm (1/2 hour lunch)

To establish and maintain effective administration processes within the Company, taking responsibility for travel and accommodation booking, company expenses, petty cash and any other office-based processes.

To provide a comprehensive diary management service for the Company Director and Sales Executive.

To ensure that all incoming enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner, guaranteeing external customer satisfaction and positive internal colleague feedback.

This will include telephony based reception duties and responding to incoming correspondence by letter, fax or e-mail.

To pro-actively contact potential customers from our database to generate leads for the Company, helping the UK subsidiary achieve it’s overall sales target.

To act as a key holder for the Nottingham office and as such ensure that the premises are always secured as/when the premises are left unattended.

To work on other ad hoc or project based tasks as and when required.

The ideal candidate:

Self motivated, ability to work well unsupervised
Experience of working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
Previous experience in an office administration, PA or reception role is essential
