A fantastic opportunity for an intelligent enthusiastic individual required to work in a busy city centre Insurance Company. Needs to have excellent self organisation and be able to work under pressure. Working as part of a team is an essential part of the role as well as being able to prioritise their own work load.

The job role includes:
*Producing required figures to the Underwriting Manager
*Training and mentoring all new employees and checking work
*Auditing employees work for FSA purposes
*Organising the department & appropriate delegation
*Responsible for managing and motivating the department
*Responsible for identifying training needs
*Responsible for identifying people issues and discussing them with a Manager
*Responsible for managing backlogs and workloads
*Dealing with the initial stages of complaints and communicating these to the Underwriting Manager
*All aspects of New Business Processing
*All policy quotations and new quotations
*All aspects of Adjustment Processing
*All aspects of Renewal Processing
*Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
*Dealing with all incoming telephone enquiries and issues
*Organising your own workload
*Meeting set targets
*Dealing with referrals through your supervisor
*Helping new and current employees

You must have the following qualities:

Able to be creative, energetic, but professional
