Full Description:
Our client requires an experienced Project Manager with extensive experience of using MS project. This is a short term temporary position and involves training other Project Managers to be able to use the MS Project Software.
Summary
There is a need for the trusts clinical improvement team to be able to use Microsoft Project software to plan and manage its projects. Clinical improvement staff have had one days training in MS Project but require further training to become confident in its use. Prior to receiving training the team have developed project plans using MS Project but these now need to be reviewed to ensure that they are fit for purpose.
There is also a need to have an overarching project plan to coordinate all the projects currently being undertaken, the resource implications and the impact of delays. Once established the overarching project plan will facilitate the planning of future projects.
Finally there is a requirement to develop a generic MS Project template for service improvement projects to ensure consistent standards and minimise duplication of effort.
It is essential the post holder has an indepth knowledge of the MS Project software, as well as previous Project Management experience. Previous training experience would also be beneficial.
£7.00 - £9.00 per hour, depending upon level of experience
