We are looking for an administrator to provide a good quality, consistent and effective customer services to all accounts processing ASAP and forwarding orders for all none key accounts. You will be ensuring all forwarding orders are allocated and in the warehouse to meet relevant delivery dates with the required details including special bar-coding requirements and ensuring Area Managers have up to date information on accounts and reports and ensuring any problems are resolved. You will be dealing with all post duties, Invoicing, raising credit notes, Daily returns of faulty / unwanted stock and will have Full responsibility of the 'on stop' folder.
