A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and experienced HR Manager to join the elite Human Resources team of a vastly expanding organisation based on the outskirts of Nottingham. You will advise and implement policies, procedures and practices and provide general HR advice and support to staff members. This position offers excellent salary and benefits.
As HR Officer you will…
* Undertake case work in relation to grievance, discipline and absence.
* Control HR policy reviews, producing reports, policies and documentation.
* Update staff contracts and the employee handbook.
* Create and update personal development files.
* Implement appraisals and personal development plans.
* Provide advice on policies and procedures together with employment legislation.
You must have strong HR experience with an excellent knowledge of HR / legal issues. Ideally you will have a CIPD qualification but candidates with proven working experience will also be considered.
Benefits
This is on a 3 - 6 month contract basis, salary / hourly rate plus other excellent benefits are negotiable at interview stage. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, however flexible hours will be considered.
