We are looking for a HR Officer who is ready to step up into a HR manager role, you will be reporting direct into the Chief Executive. Our Ilkeston based client is looking for somebody that has come from a manufacturing/industrial environment.
You will have experience in recruitment, redundancy, employment law, grievance procedures, tribunals, unions, appraisals, attendance/absenteeism and training. You must be confident in giving advice to team leaders/line managers and dealing with any problems that may arise.
You will be required to travel to the 6 Nottingham, Derby and Mansfield sites to deal with any issues on a daily basis.
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified.
This is a 12 month maternity contract and it will commence on January 12th 2009 until Christmas 2009.
