* MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER *
SALARY: £25,000 - £40,000 (negotiable and depending on experience)
PACKAGE: Car Allowance Option + Bonus + BUPA + Pension + Benefits
POSSIBLE LOCATION OF CANDIDATES: Lincoln, Mansfield, Newark on Trent, Nottingham, Grantham, Worksop, Sleaford - East Midlands

THE ROLE:
Working from the UK headquarters in the East Midlands, you will join this market leading firm and be fully trained on geothermal heating processes to build on your already established heat pump/mechanical heating design skills. You will also be put through a course to make you a Certified Geothermal Designer.
Working closely with the Managing Director, sales and CAD teams, you will meet with consultants and propose geothermal heating system designs for prestigious industrial, commercial and large residential contracts.
This massively rewarding and progressive role will give you a stable future leading up to senior management level within an industry that will only continue to grow on a worldwide scale.
THE CANDIDATE:
This role is suitable for a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience designing plant room, heat pump, piping, heating or heat/cooling exchange systems.
OR...a proven design/sales consultant who has designed mechanical building services heating systems using heat pump and plant room systems.
AND HAVE...very strong communication/people skills with the ability to work with a team to propose the right design solution.
AND ESSENTIALLY... be looking to take on a role that guarantees progression, development and a future within one of the worlds leading and emerging markets.
On top of your strong mechanical heat pump, plant room and/or heating system design experience (CAD), you will have superb communication skills and be looking to excel and develop your career in the geothermal/renewable energy market.
